Working in the IV room, he quickly fell in love with the intricacies of Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN) and its impact on patient care. However, after moving into retail pharmacy, Randy realized that he missed the specialized nature of infusion and made his way back to the field he loved by joining Integrity Healthcare, a regional infusion pharmacy. This decision launched his career in building and growing infusion pharmacies.
