Announcing Rachel Schools as Vice President of RCM Strategy

We’re excited to announce Rachel Schools as Prochant’s new Vice President of RCM Strategy.

In this role, Rachel will lead Prochant’s next phase of growth by transforming today’s best practices into scalable, enterprise standards across the revenue cycle. Her work will strengthen “The Prochant Process” across Intake, Billing and Collections, ensuring it is consistent, measurable, and continuously improving across clients.

As home-based care RCM continues to evolve rapidly, shifting toward more technology-enabled, human-in-the-loop models, Prochant is reimagining how the revenue cycle should operate. Rachel will help lead that effort by advancing more adaptive, data-driven ways of working and building the operating architecture that aligns workflows, data and a shared business language to drive consistent execution and stronger client outcomes.

As Prochant continues to grow, our commitment remains the same: deliver measurable, sustainable improvements in revenue cycle performance for our clients. Rachel’s leadership will help ensure that commitment is supported by a strong, evolving foundation – one built on clear standards, shared language and a relentless focus on continuous improvement.

Please join us in congratulating Rachel Schools on her new role as Vice President of Strategy.
