As an AR Resolution associate, you will be accountable for U.S. insurance collections and ongoing improvement of payment effectiveness. You will work during the U.S. day time. Day-to-day work will involve performing deep, holistic analyses of unpaid Medicare, Medicaid, and third party payer claims for various HME products. This includes denial and documentation review, framing up resolution, reaching out to insurance companies via voice or non-voice methods, re-submissions, and updating procedural documentation and software. Senior and quick learners can move into audit and appeals, problem solving complex claims, cross-client software and processes, client communication and escalation, QA and buddying resources. They may also be engaged in reporting, training, process improvement, automation and transition to full time or add-on roles.
Billing associates are expected to demonstrate an amazing aptitude for U.S. insurance billing, and ongoing improvement of billing effectiveness. Ongoing commitment requires a thorough understanding and review of front-end billing across Medicare, Medicaid, and third party payers and products. It includes diligent review of scanned medical documentation, billing errors and held orders, and implementing resolutions for effective and timely order transmission. You will conduct a rigorous billing review to proactively identify potential denials and update the sales journal. It may also include criteria review to confirm orders and involve documentation faxing to insurance after transmission. New associates will work on order creation and mature over a period of time into the broader role. Senior and quick learners can move into cross-client software and processes, client communication and escalation, QA, buddying resources, reporting, training, process improvement, automation, transition and problem-solving complex orders and patients.
Cash Posting associates will practice applied knowledge on reviewing and posting cash paid by U.S. insurance companies, and ongoing improvement of collection effectiveness. You will be accountable for posting insurance collections across operating softwares for Medicare, Medicaid, third party payers and products. You will critically analyze insurance payments daily, post them in respective patient accounts and meticulously reconcile overall revenue collections. You will also handle collections based on client-specific rules that indicate cut-off levels to take adjustments, write-offs, and refunds. Senior and quick learners can move into billing and transmission review, cross-client software and processes, client communication and escalation, QA, buddying resources, reporting, training, process improvement, automation, transition and problem-solving complex orders and patients.
Transmission associates will act as high energy billing gate keepers in transmitting claims for payments to U.S. insurance companies. You will play a vital role in detecting billing deficiencies proactively, thereby improving overall payment effectiveness. You will be accountable for transmitting claims across Medicare, Medicaid, third party payers and HME products as per the client’s protocol. You will take critical ownership in fixing all rejections and re-transmitting. All transmitted claims must be documented and restored. Responsibilities will also include submission via insurance web portals and resolving online denials through our workflow product. Senior and quick learners can move into billing review, cross-client software and processes, client communication and escalation, QA, buddying resources, reporting, training, process improvement, automation, transition and problem-solving complex orders and patients.
EV/PA associates will be reaching out to U.S. insurance companies via voice and non-voice methods for eligibility verification and prior authorization submission / retrieval to improve the client’s overall billing effectiveness. You will be working during the U.S. day time. You will play a vital role in streamlining orders that can potentially be held for billing by working on expiring, expired or critical accounts, and obtain necessary verification, authorization or documentation needed for extension. Most orders or follow-ups are processed via our internal workflow tool, thereby work notes are critical for further processing, reporting and handover. Senior and quick learners can move into AR resolution, cross-client software and processes, client communication and escalation, QA, buddying resources, reporting, training, process improvement, automation, transition and problem-solving complex orders and patients.
